What’s actually happening on 13th June

So a bit more info on June’s session:

During the last 12 months we have seen a resurgence in the discussion of “proper” object-oriented approaches to designing applications. One sound-bite that comes up frequently goes something like “You need to change your code to Tell, Don’t Ask”. But what does that mean in practice? It probably means exactly the opposite of what you think it means.

Following that we have some beer and cakes* and lots of 5 mins lightning talks.

We’ve also got some of the Manchester Geek Girls visiting.

No tickets are required.

*beers & things supplied by Appliances On-line.
